This session explores the "Big" Picture of Teacher Effectiveness. Together we'll identify characteristics and qualities that effective educators possess, while discussing how to ideally support and develop effective educators on our own campuses. We will examine options for ongoing support while sustaining a collaborative culture of support focused on improving student achievement and teacher effectiveness.
