This session provides an overview of the main features of Project RISE (Region One Incentive Strategies for Educators) while examining the connection between educator effectiveness and student achievement. We will examine the different ways by which Project RISE supports educators to achieve their highest potential by promoting continuous professional growth and teacher leadership development. All Project RISE educators are required to attend this session.
